St. Kizito’s Social Group

It was created in 1995 by the then Matron –Rev. Sr. Eileen Javnyuy. St Kizito belongs to the newly recruited staff who has served for less than 15 years in Hospital .She also created the FAASI GROUP for elders; i.e. those serving for 15 years and more.

Objectives:

  • To bring together all young workers and to create a forum for their socialization
  • To help them know the Institution and its culture better.
  • To help them know, understand and appreciate their colleagues.
  • To entertain during events of the Hospital.

MEMBERSHIP: All newly recruited staff and those who have served for less than 15 years.
REGISTRATION: New members register with 200 FRS.
LEADERSHIP: The group elects an executive that takes a two year mandate comprising of the president and vice; minutes and financial secretaries, spiritual director, education leader and three others to share food and drinks during meetings.
SUSTAINABILITY: Enough education and sensitization is given to all new workers .The Group meets regularly every month.
ACTIVITIES: PRAYERS, LESSONS, SAVINGS, SOCIAL AFFAIRS, SPORTS, SOCIAL DANCES PRACTICE, etc.
